About Me

I hold a masters degree in professional mental health counseling from Lewis & Clark College. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Oregon. My professional experience has brought me into contact with a wide variety of people including adolescents as well as adults. I specialize in supporting people struggling with difficult mood states, and who are seeking to remove obstacles to their wellbeing. I am also a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor.

I grew up in a variety of places on both the east and west coast, and now call Portland home. I bring my passion for mindfulness, meditation, and making meaning in life into my work with clients. I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship and the potential for transformation that can take place when attention, compassion, and effort are focused on an individual.

I strive to be down to earth, nonjudgmental, and relatable.
